Non-Refundable Policy

At MISSY MIE STUDIO, we take great pride in providing high-quality nail services to our valued clients. Please carefully review our Non-Refundable Policy before booking your appointment.

1. No Refunds on Services

All services provided are non-refundable. If you are unsatisfied with your service, please notify us before leaving the salon so we can address any concerns immediately. Adjustments may be made at the discretion of the salon within SIX HOURS (6) of your appointment.

2. No Refunds on Deposits

Booking deposits are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 24-48 hours before your appointment to transfer your deposit to a new appointment. Failure to provide timely notice will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.

3. No Refunds on Gift Cards & Packages

All gift cards, prepaid packages, and memberships are final sale and non-refundable. They cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another person.

4. Late Arrivals & No-Shows

Clients arriving more than 10-15 minutes late may have their appointment shortened or rescheduled. No-shows will result in the loss of the appointment and deposit.
